Oil change went well however, my additional work was canceled. It seems my vehicle rear seat backs were not installed with the correct backs. Am currently waiting on how this will be rectified.

Very long drawn out complicated repair, some internal issues in the service department with communication that have been corrected. In the end the repair was completed and very pleased with price and how they took care of us. Thanks a lot as well go to Scott!

In general, it was a good experience, until we met with the Finance Manager, Jeff. He had zero personality and it was honestly the worst experience we have ever had with a dealer's finance guy. He just flipped pages and wanted us to sign, no dialog and definitely not friendly. He also made a comment that there was no markup on a service contract, and anyone that has any sense knows that is not true!! I always buy a contract after negotiating the cost, but not with him. In the end, I'm not sure what was up but he should not be part of the customer experience, ever! Taylor Bender however was very good as our salesperson - 5 stars for her!

Very pleasant

Oil change was quick, waiting area was comfortable. I thought there was a car wash with service but that was done. This was my first oil change.

Very friendly people and great service.
