Yesterday’s experience was fine. Much much better than my last visit. My only suggestion is I asked for a phone call when it was ready and that didn’t happen.

Great Dealership that we have been coming to for years. i feel safe here in the waiting room and everyone is so nice.

My salesperson, Taylor, was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer all my questions. Made the deal over the phone and drove 6 1/2 hours each way to pick it up. She had most of the paperwork ready when I got there and the process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with there was very competent and not pushy. Best experience I have had at a dealership ever.

Fine except there was a delay in my paperwork. Also they showed 0 percentage on remaining oil life and it was 35% when I brought the vehicle in for the oil change. No biggie but I thought it was worth noting.

My husband took care of this for me so all went well

Requested a tire rotation during my recent oil change… it was not on the service records when i checked out so i asked the service technician. He said it was done… but there is no record of that. It should have been listed as a service performed on the checkout record.

Rob Bailey was great! This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from him at Jim Trenary. Never any pressure or hassle when working with him.
